The ground floor of the home includes sixteen master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one of which has two full bathrooms. Kids will adore having their own space in the master bedroom with two full bathrooms, which is truly unique, with one large bedroom, two full bathrooms, and an additional space to hang out. Eight of the master bedrooms have deck access. The layout of the bedrooms groups them together in a way that makes it convenient for families to stay together but still have their own personal space. 

On the second level, there are eight master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has handicap friendly features and covered deck access. Two additional master bedrooms have access to the same deck. Another master bedroom has a private covered deck. An office alcove with built-in desks allows for a quick office or school check-in before starting your day.

There are eight master bedrooms on the third level of the home, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms on the third level includes andicap-friendly features in the bedroom and bathroom. Laundry facilities and a half bathroom can also be found on the third level of the home.

Upstairs in the loft on the fourth floor, there are two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has a private deck, and the other master bedroom has access to a shared deck. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a sitting area with a TV and wet bar, and laundry facilities are available especially for those staying on the fourth floor.
